I was not quoted correctly over the phone and was initially overcharged until I complained. It was not made clear over the phone that they also charge depot to depot and not just customer address to address. When I questioned the charges on the spot the movers advised me that I would be continued to be charged in 15 minute time intervals until I paid the invoice on the spot. They were also Very Unhelpful when I reported damage to white goods in transit.They did not offer to repair this or accept any liability whatsoever. Find someone else to help you move!

It was definitely the worst move I’ve ever done. More damage was done in my short move than when we moved halfway around the world. I thought I’d covered my bases by using a reputable company with insurance but they don’t tell you that they must approve your claim or that you should really photograph all your furniture before they handle it so you can prove it wasn’t damaged before the move. All you get is the run around

and I had to constantly chase them for confirmation calls that more than once never came.
